The Refund Agreement applies only in the following two scenarios,If your purchase is excluding in these two scenarios, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Please think it over carefully before buying.

1. The merchandise is out of stock or not available anymore accidentally.

2.Failed for getting into the fansign(ONLY for guranteed slot)

We are not responsible for the possibility of damage or loss of mails in international transportation.

If your package is returned by the customs, as long as you pay the postage again, we will mail it for you again. In order to reduce the probability of tax collection, your package will be marked as photos or accessories, valued at $10. If you need special remarks, please contact us.

Cancellation 


In most cases,Cancellation of paid orders is not allowed.

If you cancel an unpaid order or a paid order that meets the refund conditions, the points and coupons you use will be returned in equal amounts.
